If my loved one doesn’t live near me, how can I get them to The Towne Care?

In order to ensure your safety and provide you with peace of mind, we will arrange for one of our dedicated care team leaders to accompany both you and your family member to The Towne Care using the transportation method of your preference. Rest assured, the cost of the care team leader will be covered entirely by us, so you won't have to worry about any additional expenses!

What do we need to pack for our loved one's move?

We highly recommend you bring any personal belongings that will serve as a comforting reminder of home. Items such as photographs, treasured keepsakes, and even a beloved chair tend to be popular choices. It is advisable to pack enough clothes for a ten-day duration. We warmly encourage your family to add a personal touch by decorating the apartment, although we are more than delighted to provide furnished accommodations as well.

What are the visiting hours at The Towne Care?

Every hour is the perfect hour to pay a visit. We acknowledge that The Towne Care is now the cherished abode for your dear one. Whether you desire to partake in a meal or simply stop by for a delightful cup of coffee, our dedicated care team will guarantee that your visit is flawless.

Can my loved one have a pet?

We are passionate about pets! Dogs, cats, and fish are all warmly embraced, while we may have some reservations about reptiles. If you have concerns regarding reptiles, we are more than happy to provide further clarification.

How much does it cost to live in a The Towne Care?

Caring for a loved one with memory loss involves numerous factors to consider. At The Towne Care, we ensure that the financial aspect remains consistent and easily understandable. Each of our communities offers a simple flat monthly rate, encompassing all levels of care.

What’s not included?

Cable and phone services are not included, however, it is important to mention that we do not necessarily encourage the use of these amenities. Instead, we believe in promoting engagement and avoiding seclusion in our residents' rooms. Nevertheless, we understand that this is your loved one's home and you have the option to add these services at a straightforward, fixed rate. Additionally, please be aware that our onsite salon incurs an additional cost.

• The Towne Care is designed with an open floor plan between all common areas, which encourages social interaction and involvement.
• Both private and semi-private apartments are available with and without private showers. Most of our residents prefer the spa for bathing.

Our residents enjoy three hearty meals a day, along with nutritious snacks. Our skilled dietitians carefully craft daily menus tailored for individuals battling memory regression. How is medication managed?
