These Care Partners diligently fulfill the agreed-upon tasks outlined in your loved one's personalized service plan, providing assistance with all self-care activities, from the moment they wake up in the morning until they retire for the night.
Resident Assistant
A Resident Assistant collaborates closely with our Program Leader to actively involve all residents in cognitive, recreational, and occupational activities. By tapping into the individual stories and experiences of each resident, Resident Assistants skillfully guide them through rehabilitative and educational endeavors.
Health Professionals
We have health professionals attend our facility in order to provide exceptional care and a superior quality of life for all residents at The Towne Care.
